Declarations and Contracts
What you can do with "Declarations & Votes"
With these functions, moderators can vote on and provide declarations for text board content, both for themselves and others. This allows for effective documentation, which has an impact on the process leading up to the documentation:
- Protocols can be voted on and the results documented.
- Simple agreements such as consulting contracts and letters of intent can be made and documented (complex documents will be included in the roadmap).
- Concepts, project scopes, work progress, and bug lists can be agreed upon and documented.
- One-sided declarations such as privacy declarations and GDPR statements can be provided with evidence. Voting:
Multiple individuals (at least two) should express their opinion on a text board content. Each user has one vote. At the end of the voting, the votes are counted.
Example: βI vote NO / YES / ABSTAINβ Explanations:
At least one person should provide an explanation, such as their agreement or a statement (e.g. data privacy consent, client agreement, NDA, WpHG declaration).
Example: βI declare that I have read and understood these provisions / I agree.β Since both functions operate in a similar manner, we have combined them.

In the content panel, you can select "LEGAL DOCs" at the top. These are templates for contracts and declarations of intent. Currently, we only have the NDA, but more will be added such as consulting, coaching, etc.

You can change everything there - at your own risk, as with all of these documents!
In a future version, you will also be able to digitally sign there.
